There are tons of different frozen fruits available at the supermarket (and you can also make your own at home). My personal favorite is frozen cherries because they come without pits and ready to eat (they also taste *amazingly* good). In addition to cherries, I am also a big fan of frozen mango, frozen blueberries, as well as frozen bananas.
I combine frozen fruit with many different foods including Almond Milk, Fage Yogurt, Van's Waffles, and Kashi Cereal. You can even combine frozen fruit with a dollop of low calorie or fat-free whipped cream, to make a healthy and delicious dessert. Frozen bananas, cherries, strawberries, and blueberries can also be used to make really yummy low calorie smoothies.
You can eat a very filling portion of frozen fruit for 70-120 calories, or 1-2 weight watchers points and you can buy frozen fruits at almost any supermarket. I usually buy mine at Whole Foods (I like to buy the organic kind).
Frozen fruit is truly a great addition (tasty and healthy) to any breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
Shopping Tip: When buying packaged frozen fruit, make sure you find one with no added sugar. The only ingredient in the package should be the actual fruit that you are buying. If you prefer to buy your own, that also works just as well. I recommend washing it and then freezing several 1 serving portions in Ziplock bags.
