Enamored with the coconut bar, I've since tried some of the other flavors, including strawberry and orange cream -- all worth exploring. Like with the coconut bar, I found these bars to be quite satisfying because of the effect of their thickness and real fruit content on their flavor and texture. Dreyers also makes other flavors, namely grape, lemonade, lime, tangerine and strawberry-banana smoothie.
What's additionally great about these bars is their calorie and fat content. The bars (depending on which flavor you pick) range from 80-120 calories, and they are all 2 weight watchers points. They are all gluten free, and many of them are fat free and dairy free as well which is a plus depending on your preferences. I buy them at Safeway but I'm sure they are available at many mainstream grocery stores.
By the way -- if you are in the mood for low calorie ice cream or a low fat fruity dessert you might be interested in checking out my previous postings on Dreyer's Low Calorie Frozen Yogurt, Julie's Ice Cream Sandwiches, or Julie's Sorbet Bars.
