So, you can imagine how thrilled I was to find out that they had come out with mini versions of their bars (so less calories!). They still have an excellent flavor that is crunchy and nutty, which is perfect for those times when you are craving a sweet and crunchy snack.
Kind Mini Bars come in four flavors: Cranberry Almond, Almond Cashew with Flax, Fruit and Nut Delight, and Almond and Apricot. The Fruit and Nut Delight is my favorite, with only 108 calories, 3 grams of fat, and 2 grams of fiber (so only 2 weight watchers points). This bar is super healthy, containing only mixed nuts, dried apricots, raisins, and a drizzle of honey. Super yum! I usually keep one in my bag and eat it in the late afternoon when I'm craving a sweet and filling snack.
The other Kind Mini Bar flavors are also super delicious. They range from a mere 107 calories to a mere 115 calories. All are high in antioxidants because of their wonderful natural ingredients, and high nut content. You can buy mini kind bars at Target, and online at Amazon.
