So, what exactly are wasabi peas? They are usually made from ingredients like peas, rice, sugar, salt, wasabi powder, and oil. A serving of the wasabi peas that I have (my wasabi peas are Roland's Feng Shui brand) is 32g (that's a *lot* of wasabi peas!) with 120 calories, 1g fat, and 3g of fiber. That makes each serving only 2 WW points, and 1/2 a serving only 1 WW point or 60 calories. They also have 6g of protein (and a good amount of iron) so they are pretty balanced in terms of the calories/fat/protein ratio. Certainly not bad if you feel like you want to munch on something crunchy, but don't have a lot of points to spare (or if you don't want to eat too many calories)!
You can buy Wasabi Peas in the Asian section of almost any supermarket. If you want all natural ones (like the Roland's Feng Shui brand), you can seek them out at Trader Joes, Whole Foods, or any natural food store. If you can't find wasabi peas locally, you can buy them online on Amazon or online at KMart.
