Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps

snack factory pretzel crisps
Sometimes I just crave a low calorie snack that is crunchy and that has a bit of salt, don’t you?  Snacking is invariably any dieter’s downfall, and this can be particularly true at certain times of the day, such as when you’re at work and mid-morning hunger strikes or when you’re watching television with your family and everyone is snacking!  One crunchy snack that I have been eating lately is Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps.  These light and airy chips are like a cross between a chip, a pretzel, and a cracker.

Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps are only 110 calories per serving (3 weight watchers points plus points) and are available in four flavors: buffalo wing, original, everything (super yummy!), and garlic.  I haven’t tried all four but I am pretty certain that they are all equally as delicious.  I originally found these at Whole Foods, but they are available elsewhere, including online at Amazon

These pretzels are “delish” when topped with low calorie peanut butter which could easily fulfill the carving for a peanuty crunchy snack. for a snack that is sweet but crunchy.   But I also like the taste of cream cheese with these pretzels, so I recommend this  cream cheese and garlic dip as well.  And, as a plus, this dip is equally as good with vegetables.

Low Calorie Cream Cheese And Garlic Dip
8 oz. package fat-free cream cheese
½ cup low-fat sour cream
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp Mrs. Dash
2 minced garlic cloves
¼ teaspoon pepper

Beat everything together until blended.  Makes about 1 ½ cups of dip; serving size of ¼ cup is just 75 calories, 3 fat grams, and 7 grams of protein.

Enjoy!
