You may or may not have noticed, but I recently added a very cool new widget to my blog! I was so excited by it, that I thought I'd create a quick posting to tell you about it. What I love about this widget is that it allows you to see all pictures of the low calorie foods I have featured, and if something looks particularly yummy (pictures speak so much louder than words!), then you can immediately click through to read the posting about it! My Cool New Widget!

I have been on a diet and using guess work. this will be a great help. my friend needed some ideas and i will pass this on to her also.
